I work daily with district and school leaders and educators in leveraging technology and innovation to strengthen and enhance teaching and learning. I have been in education since 1998 when I entered as a technology coach after having graduated from the University of Vermont. I have a Masters in Educational Leadership from Endicott College, a Masters in Educational Technology from Lesley University, and am currently pursing a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership through Northeastern University.
I live by the motto that every professional workshop is an opportunity to model high yield instructional strategies and work closely with leaders to elevate their PD. I want every child to experience learning in a hands on, collaborative way leveraged with technology. I am working every day to help close the digital access and skills divide in WPS. I believes that by giving teachers tools, trust, and support fosters their innovation in the classroom.
I am a member of the Massachusetts DESE Digital Learning Advisory Council and a member of the Google for Education K-12 North American Advisory Board. I was one of the first Google Certified Trainers in Massachusetts and has been a trainer for 5 years, I have trained and coached almost 20 educators to become full certified trainers!
I lives in Worcester with my husband and four children. In my free time I enjoy traveling, baking, crocheting, strength training and am currently trying to build a dollhouse with my 9 year old!
